Today's view is courtesy of the lovely Tom Barrett, taken in Brisbane last month. Enough to make my head spin!

Happy birthday Jude!
I'm growing to love window stickies. In fact I need more for The Cube as I've walked into the glass at least twice today...

A guest window today - a wooden horse from Sidcot School. I like it when my friends send me pictures!

The pair of yesterday's photograph - this is the view in the opposite direction from the Toy Musuem. That's Lindengut Museum, our 'next door neighbour'.

Today's picture is taken by John as he and the boys took part in Winti Spielt (Winterthur plays) a weekend of games and toy related things. They visited the Toy Museum which is conveniently across the way from our home. In fact that's our apartment you can see!

The windows at Villa Flora, one of the many art galleries in Winterthur. Rather lovely!

Today's photograph comes courtesy of the remarkably talented Mark Pentleton and was taken in Bern earlier this week. I love the way he's captured the name of the hotel reflected in the window across the street!

My Dad's 65th birthday - 5 years ago. Good to remember 5 years later, and made me smile to see the window into the conservatory at Mum and Dad's (as it always will be!) through which we often watch the kids when they're 'exiled' so that we can eat in peace ;o)

This is called the One Window House and is one of the narrowest in the world. It was built because there was not enough room for people in the 13th century and the only space left was between buildings. It has no walls of its own, just floors between the walls of the adjoining houses.

One of many beautiful window pictures from Konstanz.
Watch out for more in the near future...

I did post this on my Posterous but it's too good a picture to waste!

Not sure what happened to this post - it never made it to the blog!
Oh well! I took this as I loved the name of the shop but also liked the window display!

Although Halloween isn't celebrated here, the Swiss love their pumpkins! Here are some carved ones on the windowsills of the school near the Kunst Museum.

A marvellous window on one of the many museums in Winterthur - I think it's a musical one as it's next to the Musikschule.

Another shop window from Zürich. This is from up the 'posh' end of Bahnhofstrasse - Louis Vuitton! There are shoes in the broken eggs in case you can't see! I like the reflections though.
